Procurement & Supply Chain Administrator
Seeking a seasoned Procurement & Supply Chain Administrator to become an essential part of a respected company that has stood the test of time. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and improving supply chain networks.
- Collaborate with various departments to forecast procurement needs and schedule deliveries.
- Implement and maintain procurement strategies in line with the company’s long-term goals.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring no shortages that could impact the business operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for building relationships.
- Ability to work independently, coupled with a team-oriented approach.
