Recruitment Apprentice

The role of a 360 Recruitment Apprentice will immerse you in all aspects of recruitment, giving you practical experience alongside academic learning. As a 360 Recruitment Apprentice, you will be trained to handle every phase of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to managing client relationships. You will be part of a structured apprenticeship programme, combining hands-on work with formal education. Over the course of three years, you will have the opportunity to earn a qualification while gaining invaluable experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for people, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment industry. With the support of experienced mentors, you’ll grow your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing client relationships.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Schedule interviews and liaise with both candidates and clients.
- Support in designing and implementing recruitment strategies for supply chain and procurement roles.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective solutions.
- Attend college sessions as part of the apprenticeship and complete academic assignments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- A grade H5 and above in two higher-level subjects, along with a minimum of O6/H7 in four other subjects, including English and Mathematics.
- QQI Level 5 or Level 6 (or equivalent) holders are also encouraged to apply.
- Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate proficiency in English at CEF B2 level or equivalent.
- Current employees with relevant qualifications, such as the ERF Programme in Recruitment Practice, are welcome to apply.
- Applicants without formal qualifications may apply through the Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) process if they have relevant experience.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Successful candidates will need to pass an industry interview with a participating recruitment employer and receive approval from SOLAS for the apprenticeship programme.
