• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
• Friday: 08:00 – 15:30

Responsibilities:

• Blend colours and mix paints according to precise instructions and specifications.
• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Accurately document processes and updates in production records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the paint or chemical industry.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
