The successful candidate will lead the operational activities of a 3PL warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the 3PL warehouse to ensure productivity and service level targets are consistently met.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and manage warehouse systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of logistics technologies.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate supply chain activities and resolve issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and support company growth.
• Manage inventory control measures to maintain stock accuracy and minimise loss.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to support team development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a 3PL logistics environment, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing and motivating teams.
• Expertise in warehouse management systems and familiarity with logistics software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
• A results-driven attitude with a commitment to achieving operational excellence.
