Role: Van Driver/Forklift Operator 

Salary: €28,000-€30,000 

Location: Santry.

Duration: Full-time.

Hours: Monday-Friday.

Van Driver/Forklift Operator

Leading company in the logistics sector who specialise in the transportation of goods are searching for a skilled and dependable Warehouse Operative/Van Driver in North Dublin. This role will involve working in the warehouse and being on the road delivering and collecting goods on a Monday to Friday shift. If you have a Full B drivers’ licence, valid Reach-Truck and Counterbalance certificates and manual handling, then apply now for an immediate start.

Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders using Rf Scanners. You will also be expected to assist with loading and unloading vehicles. During work hours you will be tasked with driving the company van to complete customer orders for collections and deliveries, being a part of this ever-growing team, you will also be required to assist in general warehouse duties such as tasks set out by the leadership team.

As part of the team, you will adhere to all health and safety policies and maintain the warehouse and yard to ensure a safe working environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Load pallets onto vehicles and unload material from trucks using counterbalance.
• Take part in Picking and Packing Operations when required.
• Prepare stock for dispatch by attaching appropriate labels and ensuring all pallets meet.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform general warehouse tasks when required such as
• Consult with customers and suppliers when necessary.

Requirements:

• Valid Forklift Certificate Essential.
• Valid Reach Truck License Essential.
• Manual Handling certificate.
• Full B Driver’s license.
• Good Geographical knowledge of the Dublin (Specifically North Dublin)
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
