Join a leading logistics company operating across the Leinster region, offering a stable, full-time position for a professional Rigid Driver. Based in North Dublin, this role is suited to individuals who take pride in efficient delivery, value structure in their day-to-day schedule, and are committed to upholding high standards of road safety and customer service.

This opportunity offers a fixed 5-over-7-day work schedule, which includes working every second weekend and receiving two days off per week. The daily shift starts between 05:30 and sees drivers return to the depot typically between 13:00 and 15:00, depending on the assigned delivery route. Vehicles are pre-loaded, ensuring a prompt start, though drivers are expected to organise their deliveries in a logical, efficient order. This supports a smooth and productive working day.

Responsibilities:

• Complete multi-drop deliveries across the Leinster region, averaging 8–15 drops per route
• Start shift between 05:30 and return to depot between 13:00–15:00 depending on the route
• Work a consistent 5-over-7-day pattern, including alternate weekends
• Ensure correct and efficient route planning from pre-loaded trucks
• Represent the company professionally while dealing with customers and the public
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and adhere to all road safety regulations
• Use digital tachograph systems in full compliance with EU regulations

Requirements:

• Full, clean Category C licence
• Valid EU CPC certification and digital tachograph card
• Comfortable driving right-hand steer vehicles on the left-hand side of the road
• Previous experience driving in Ireland or the UK preferred
• Full right to work in Ireland
• Ability to pass a practical driving assessment as part of the selection process
• Strong awareness of road safety, delivery routing and customer service
• Dependable and self-managed, capable of handling time-sensitive schedules
