Van Driver / Warehouse Operative

Thriving logistics provider in North Dublin is seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join its growing team. This dual role offers the chance to work with a well-established organisation that values hard work, teamwork and efficiency in delivering exceptional service to its clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Full EU B driving licence and a Counterbalance Forklift licence who enjoys both driving and warehouse work. The role involves a combination of van delivery duties across Dublin and hands-on warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries in the Dublin area using a company van
• Ensuring goods are delivered safely, securely, and on time
• Loading and unloading deliveries using a Counterbalance Forklift
• Accurately checking and processing incoming and outgoing goods
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
• Assisting with inventory checks and stock management tasks
• Working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Full clean B category driving licence
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Previous experience in a similar van driving and warehouse role
• Good knowledge of the Dublin area and surrounding counties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying hours when required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
