You will take responsibility for managing and optimising the end-to-end supply chain. In this role, youll coordinate across production, purchasing, warehousing and dispatch to ensure smooth operations and product availability that meets customer demand. Youll play a key part in driving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create accurate forecasts and optimise demand planning processes.
  • Build and maintain production plans, track progress and manage MRP to ensure materials and resources align with demand.
  • Keep stock records accurate, minimise shortages or excess and assist with audits and cycle counts.
  • Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to guarantee timely and complete deliveries.
  • Monitor supplier and production lead times, address bottlenecks proactively
  • Serve as the first point of contact for supply chain challenges.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs, improve customer service and maintain compliance with company standards.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain, planning or purchasing.
  • Strong proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven track record in inventory control, forecasting and supplier relationship management.
  • Background in fast-paced or multi-site production operations.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement practices.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive in managing priorities and solving problems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
  • Composed and solutions-oriented when working under pressure.
  • Effective collaborator, able to work across multiple teams and functions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives.
