Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods from vehicles safely and efficiently
• Handle large-scale or heavy equipment with care and precision
• Prepare customer orders accurately for collection and dispatch
• Navigate a busy yard, ensuring safe movement and clear access at all times
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and dispatch teams to meet tight deadlines
• Perform daily checks and report any faults on the forklift or equipment
• Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout all tasks

Requirements:

• Valid and up-to-date counterbalance forklift licence
• Experience operating forklifts in a heavy machinery or agricultural equipment setting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to consistently meet operational targets without compromising safety
• Comfortable working outdoors and in changing weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive in day-to-day responsibilities
