Reach Truck Driver

Superb opportunity for a reliable and experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a busy and professional logistics operation based in Rathcoole. The role involves operating reach trucks within a fast-paced warehouse setting and supporting the team with daily logistics functions. The successful candidate must hold a valid and in-date Reach Truck Licence as well as Manual Handling Certification.

This Monday to Friday role offers a consistent 40-hour working week on daytime shifts, providing excellent work-life balance. The successful candidate will join a well-established organisation where safety, precision and efficiency are at the core of the operation. Candidates must have proven experience in operating a reach truck in a similar environment and demonstrate a strong awareness of warehouse safety and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently for goods movement and storage
• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing and pallet movements
• Load and unload goods with precision to avoid damages
• Maintain a clean and organised working area
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times
• Report any equipment faults or safety issues to supervisors
• Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Valid and in-date Reach Truck Licence
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to high standards of work
