You will be joining a team and taking on a key role that requires outstanding organisational skills and strong relationshipbuilding abilities. In this position, you will oversee stock forecasting, planning and maintain optimal inventory levels. Manage purchase orders from start to finish and support productive, positive interactions with vendors, customers and service partners. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, having a solid understanding of logistics and bring a resultsdriven mindset. Your strong communication and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, forecast and issue accurate purchase orders using historical data, customer insight and market trends.
  • Manage the full orderfulfilment process, including scheduling, pricing, delivery timelines and priority requirements.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels, coordinating with departments on shortages, shelf life, goodsin activities and obsolete materials.
  • Participate in stocktaking, inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to manage warehouse capacity, lead times and regulatory compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, handling vendor selection, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to qualitycontrol processes and support continuous improvement.
  • Record customer complaints from start to resolution, maintain feedback logs and escalate risks to senior management.
  • Assist in preparing product specifications, certificates of conformance and other quality documentation.
  • Work with finance to verify and process invoices and credit notes.
  • Monitor transport costs, identify costsaving measures, and ensure service quality.

 

Requirements

  • Work confidently in a fastpaced environment, showing determination and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Communicate clearly in both written and verbal form, paired with a professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Maintain solid numeracy skills and be fully comfortable using IT systems.
  • Manage time well by multitasking efficiently, prioritising tasks and keeping on top of deadlines.
