Reach and Counterbalance Driver

Trusted interiors supply company based in Dublin 12 is seeking a reliable Reach and Counterbalance Driver to join their team. The successful candidate is required to have a valid in-date Counterbalance and Reach license, with a manual handling certificate and relevant training. Experience within a busy warehouse/logistics distribution company is a bonus.  The position offers weekly pay and overtime opportunities during peak periods. This is a fast‑paced environment where teamwork, accuracy and a strong work ethic are key to success.

You will be an all‑rounder, supporting every area of the operation, from loading/unloading trucks to trimming materials to size, preparing orders and operating both reach & counterbalance forklifts with accuracy and care. This is a hands‑on, physical role, so you will need to be comfortable lifting heavy materials as part of daily work.

Reliability and punctuality are essential, as the team pre‑sorts of truck runs and works to tight schedules. Full training is provided across all duties, and you’ll have the opportunity to operate in every role within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and accurately 
• Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining correct handling procedures 
• Trim and prepare materials to specified sizes for customer orders 
• Pick, pack and prepare outbound orders with accuracy 
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised warehouse environment 
• Support all warehouse functions as an all‑round team member 
• Perform regular stock handling tasks, including moving, lifting and storing heavy materials 
• Follow all health & safety guidelines and manual handling practices 
• Take part in training across all warehouse roles to build full operational capability 

Requirements

• Valid, in-date Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences
• Manual Handling certificate and relevant training
• Experience in a busy warehouse/logistics environment 
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy and teamwork
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy materials daily
• Flexibility for overtime during peak periods
