Packing Operative

Major Global Online Retailer is seeking organised, reliable Packing Operatives to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in accuracy and works well as part of a busy operations team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring products are processed, packed and dispatched correctly, helping maintain the company’s strong reputation for efficiency and service.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for folding clothing, scanning items, verifying product details and ensuring every order meets quality standards before it leaves the warehouse. High attention to detail is essential, as accuracy directly impacts the customer experience.

Full training is provided and the company offers long‑term stability.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products with high accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
• Fold clothing neatly and consistently according to company standards
• Scan and verify all products before packing
• Ensure all orders meet quality and presentation requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workstation
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is an advantage but not essential
• Manual Handling certification
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and high‑volume workloads
• Ability to work well within a team and follow clear processes
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Must be fit to undertake standard manual handling duties
• Flexibility to work within a structured rota
