Role: Bendi Forklift Operator
Salary: €37,000
Duration: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Dublin
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 – 15:30

Global distribution company is seeking an experienced Bendi Forklift Operator to join its expanding warehouse operation in Dublin. This role is ideally suited to a motivated warehouse professional with strong forklift experience and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring products are accurately stored, picked, scanned and dispatched in line with operational requirements.

This opportunity offers stable Monday to Friday working hours with an early finish on Fridays, making it an excellent role for candidates seeking work-life balance alongside long-term career stability. The position requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable operating both Bendi and Counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity.

You must hold valid in-date Bendi and Counterbalance forklift licences and have previous experience working within warehouse, logistics or distribution environments. Strong communication skills, good system knowledge and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Operating Bendi and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Picking customer orders accurately within warehouse timelines
• Loading and unloading trucks in line with operational procedures
• Scanning stock and updating warehouse management systems
• Inputting information accurately onto internal systems
• Ensuring all goods received match system records and delivery documentation
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Carrying out stock movements and replenishment activities
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

Requirements

• Valid in-date Bendi forklift licence
• Valid in-date Counterbalance forklift licence
• Previous experience operating Bendi forklifts within a warehouse environment
• Experience with loading and unloading vehicles
• Strong order picking and warehouse operations experience
• Comfortable using scanning equipment and warehouse systems
• Good attention to detail and accuracy levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
