Salary: €35,000 - €37,000 per year (DOE)

Counterbalance & Bendi Driver

Counterbalance & Bendi Driver needed for a global leader in the paint and protective coatings industry, based in Dublin 22. Candidates must have experience in warehouse operations, along with a valid counterbalance forklift licence and manual handling experience. A Bendi licence is desirable but not essential. The company is a well-established and highly regarded organisation with a strong global presence, known for its focus on quality, safety and customer service.

This is a hands-on role in a busy warehouse setting. You will support both sales and operations by making sure stock is received, stored and shipped efficiently. You will work as part of a close-knit team that values organisation, reliability and high standards. The role offers variety, with a mix of warehouse tasks and some customer-facing duties.

You will handle daily warehouse tasks such as unloading deliveries, checking goods against delivery notes and storing stock in the correct location. You will pick, prepare and ship customer orders accurately and on time. You will help keep inventory levels accurate by reporting stock issues, rotating products correctly and identifying any damaged or obsolete materials. Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe will be a key part of your role.

You will also support customer service when needed by assisting with orders, answering queries and helping with product preparation. You will follow all safety procedures, including handling hazardous materials and responding quickly to any spills. You will help with general upkeep of the facility and take part in stock counts. You will work closely with your team, suppliers and customers to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, check and store incoming deliveries accurately
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
• Load and unload vehicles using forklift equipment
• Maintain organised and safe warehouse conditions
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or damages
• Rotate stock and ensure correct storage of materials
• Follow all health, safety and hazardous materials procedures
• Support customer orders and general warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse operations
• Valid counterbalance forklift licence
• Manual handling experience
• Bendi forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, warehouse systems)
• Good communication skills and fluent English
