Clamp Forklift Driver

Counterbalance Clamp Forklift Driver required to join a well-established and fast-paced logistics and warehousing operation based in Dublin. All candidates must have proven experience operating a clamp forklift. A valid Manual Handling Certificate and Counterbalance Forklift Licence are also required. Experience working in high-volume warehouse or distribution settings is strongly preferred.

The company operates within a high-throughput warehouse environment, handling large volumes of palletised and non-palletised goods daily. This role plays a critical part in ensuring goods are moved safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, productivity and adherence to health and safety procedures.

You will be responsible for operating a clamp forklift to move, load and unload goods within the warehouse, ensuring items are handled without damage. The role requires confidence working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high levels of care when handling sensitive or bulk stock.

You will also support general warehouse operations where required, working closely with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet operational targets. Previous experience working in a similar environment, particularly with high-volume goods movement, will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Operating a clamp forklift to move, load and unload goods
• Handling bulk and sensitive materials safely without damage
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
• Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working area
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a clamp forklift – essential
• Counterbalance forklift license
• Manual handling certificate
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Experience handling high-volume or bulk goods (preferred)
• Strong focus on accuracy and care in goods handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
