Reach Forklift Operator

Experienced Reach Forklift Operator required for a fast-paced, modern distribution centre based in Dublin. This role is set within a large-scale, high-performing warehouse environment, where you’ll play a key part in the storage, handling and movement of high-value technical products and materials. A valid Reach forklift licence and proven experience are essential, along with an in-date Manual Handling certificate.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment, taking a hands-on role in the movement and control of stock throughout the facility. Your duties will include loading and unloading deliveries, picking and replenishing stock using a Reach forklift and ensuring all items are stored accurately and efficiently in the correct locations.

You will be responsible for completing daily tasks within set timeframes, maintaining stock accuracy and following all health and safety procedures. Working as part of a busy, supportive team, you’ll help keep the warehouse organised and running efficiently while consistently meeting daily targets. Responsibilities:

• Load and unload deliveries, checking goods against documentation
• Accurately pick, pack and move stock to designated locations
• Replenish inventory and ensure correct stock placement within racking systems
• Support goods-in and goods-out processes as required
• Follow all health & safety procedures and site regulations at all times
• Keep work areas clean, organised and free from hazards
• Work to daily targets and deadlines as part of a team

Requirements:

• Valid Reach forklift licence
• Proven experience operating a Reach forklift in a busy warehouse environment
• In-date Manual Handling certificate
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to support different warehouse duties as required
