Reach Forklift Operator

Reach Forklift Operator needed for a busy, modern distribution centre located in Dublin. This role is based within a large, high-performing warehouse where you will be involved in the safe handling, storage and movement of high-value technical products. A valid Reach forklift licence is essential, along with proven experience and a current Manual Handling certificate.

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, taking a hands-on role in managing stock across the warehouse. Responsibilities include loading and unloading deliveries, picking and replenishing stock using a Reach forklift and ensuring all goods are stored accurately in designated locations.

You will be expected to meet daily targets, maintain stock accuracy and follow all health and safety procedures. Working as part of a supportive and energetic team, you will help ensure the warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and dispatch deliveries, ensuring all items are checked against paperwork
• Pick, pack and transport stock accurately to the correct warehouse locations
• Restock inventory and maintain proper organisation within racking systems
• Assist with both inbound and outbound warehouse operations as required
• Adhere strictly to all health & safety guidelines and workplace policies
• Maintain a tidy, safe and organised work environment at all times
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily targets and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Current and valid Reach forklift licence
• Demonstrated experience operating a Reach forklift in a fast-moving warehouse setting
• Up-to-date Manual Handling certification
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling stock
• Ability to perform efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of warehouse health & safety standards
• Dependable, punctual and a strong team player
• Willingness to take on a variety of warehouse tasks when needed
