Counterbalance Clamp Forklift Driver

Counterbalance Clamp Forklift Driver required for a fast-paced warehouse operation within a busy logistics environment based in Dublin. Candidates must have solid, hands-on experience operating a clamp forklift, along with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence and an in-date Manual Handling Certificate. Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution setting is highly desirable.

The role is based within a fast-moving warehouse that handles large volumes of both palletised and loose goods daily. This position is key to ensuring products are moved safely, efficiently, and in line with operational and safety standards, with a strong focus on accuracy and productivity.

You will be responsible for using a clamp forklift to transport, load, and unload stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring all items are handled with care and without damage. Confidence working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment is essential, particularly when dealing with fragile or bulk goods.

In addition to forklift duties, you will assist with general warehouse tasks when required, working closely with colleagues to maintain workflow efficiency and meet daily targets. Experience in similar high-volume operations will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a clamp forklift to safely transport, load, and unload goods throughout the warehouse
• Handle bulk and delicate stock carefully to prevent damage
• Assist with inbound and outbound deliveries as part of goods-in and goods-out processes
• Work efficiently within a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting
• Support general warehouse activities as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a clamp forklift (essential)
• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence
• Up-to-date Manual Handling certificate
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Experience working with high-volume or bulk goods (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and care when handling stock
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety regulations
