Salary: €16.00 - €17.00 per hour

Duration: Permanent

Location: Dublin 20

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30 to 15:30 (Saturday Work from time to time)

Reach Forklift & Warehouse Operative

A respected business within the construction sector is seeking an experienced Reach Forklift & Warehouse Operative to join its workplace operation in Dublin 20. Working within a busy environment, the company is looking for a dependable individual to become part of its hardworking team. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, work well with others and consistently deliver a high standard of work across all warehouse activities.

You will be responsible for the safe receipt, storage and dispatch of stock while ensuring all health and safety procedures are always followed. Operating a Reach Forklift Truck, you will support the movement and organisation of materials, assist with goods-in activities and help ensure equipment and stock are available when required. Your attention to detail and dependable approach will help maintain an organised warehouse and support the smooth running of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Prepare tools, equipment and materials for operational teams.
• Receive, check and store deliveries accurately.
• Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect equipment and report any faults or damage.
• Complete PAT testing on company equipment (training provided if required).
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Collect supplies from approved suppliers when required.
• Support general warehouse and stores duties as required.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or stores experience.
• Valid Reach Forklift Licence.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Good organisational skills and diligence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• PAT testing experience is advantageous, although training can be provided.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
