Salary: €16.00 per hour

Duration: Permanent

Location: North West Business Park

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative

Recognised name within the logistics and transport sector in Dublin 15 is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join its warehouse team. The company operates within a busy environment where accuracy and reliability are essential. They are looking for a dependable individual who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing the job properly.

You will play a key role in keeping goods moving safely and efficiently from arrival through to dispatch. Operating a Counterbalance Forklift, you will assist with loading and unloading vehicles, transporting stock throughout the facility and supporting daily warehouse activities. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic and commitment to safe working practices will help maintain service levels and ensure goods reach their destination on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Move and store stock within designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out activities.
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Complete stock movements accurately.
• Conduct routine warehouse checks.
• Report damaged goods or stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all company Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good diligence and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
• Reliable and hardworking approach to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles is advantageous.
