An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Yard Combi Forklift Driver to join a dynamic team in Baldoyle. In this role, the Yard Combi Forklift Driver will be responsible for operating a combi forklift to handle, move, load, and unload materials within the yard. Responsibilities:

• Operate combi forklifts to move and stack materials safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles accurately, ensuring no damage to goods.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of the forklift to ensure optimal performance.
• Organise and maintain the yard, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
• Assist with inventory management, including recording and tracking stock movements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, following company policies and procedures at all times.
• Report any issues or potential hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training sessions and safety drills as required.

Requirements

• Valid combi forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience operating a combi forklift in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a yard environment.
• Excellent spatial awareness and ability to operate forklifts in tight spaces.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including potential overtime.
