Forklift Operative

Prestigious logistics company is seeking to add a reliable forklift operative too their excelling team in South Dublin. This is a great opportunity to become part of an easy-going team who are committed to their work, executing all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

As a successful candidate, you will be the holder of valid Counterbalance & Reach forklift licenses, as well as an up-to-date manual handling certificate. You will have previous experience working in warehouse environments, as well as expertise operating both Reach & Counterbalance forklifts.

 

Responsibilities:

• Safely operating Reach & Counterbalance forklifts
• Loading & Unloading goods from trailers
• Yard work
• Some picking / packing duties
• Transporting goods around the warehouse
• Goods in/ Goods out
• Liaising with other facets of the warehouse

 

Requirements:

 

• Ability to work Monday to Friday; 8am – 5pm.
• Previous experience with Counterbalance / Reach forklift operation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
