C Truck Driver

Transportation company at the forefront of the industry providing reliable and efficient services to the FMCG industry, is seeking to hire a dedicated C Truck Driver to their dynamic team in North Dublin. As a successful candidate, you will be a professional and proactive driver with a commitment to driving the business forward.

To be successful in this role, you will be the holder of a valid C license, as well as your CPC & Tachograph cards. Previous experience driving a rigid lorry is preferred is preferred for this role. This role requires multi-drop deliveries, so having experience in this is a plus. Lastly, a certain level of physicality is required for this position, as you must lift and carry loads of up to 20kg.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operating a rigid lorry
• Unloading deliveries
• Communicating with clients
• Pre-trip vehicle inspections
• Route planning
• Adhering to the companies’ policies and procedures

Requirements:

• A valid C License
• CPC & Tachograph cards
• Previous experience operating rigid trucks
• Multi drop experience
• Commitment to safe and timely driving
• Ability to start work in the early hours of the morning
