Hours: 4:30am – 13:30pm, Monday to Friday

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join one of Ireland's leading logistics companies.
We are seeking a motivated and confident leader with proven supervisory or management experience who can lead by example, inspire their team and help maintain the highest operational standards.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations while managing a team of approximately 10 operatives. You will be responsible for coordinating workloads, monitoring team performance, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Your strong leadership skills, hands-on approach, and commitment to developing those around you will be instrumental in fostering a positive working environment, driving productivity, and ensuring the warehouse team consistently performs at its best
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of approximately 10 warehouse operatives.
- Allocate daily workloads and monitor team performance.
- Ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately.
- Promote a positive and professional working environment.
- Monitor productivity, accuracy and operational performance.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Assist with stock control and inventory management activities.
- Provide training, guidance and support to team members.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Work closely with management to ensure operational targets are achieved.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead position.
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a challenging environment.
- Reliable, proactive and direct approach to work.
