Salary: €15.50 - €16.00 per hour

Duration: Permanent

Location: Dublin 22

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Production Operative

Established manufacturing company is seeking a Production Operative to join its operation in Dublin 22. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing business with a strong reputation for quality, consistency and customer service across a range of commercial and industrial markets.

You will play an important role in the manufacturing process ensuring demands are fulfilled. Your position involves preparing and processing products to maintaining quality and safety standards. This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process materials in line with production schedules.
• Follow production instructions and specifications accurately.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues promptly.
• Complete production records and related documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
• Minimise waste and maintain efficient production practices.
• Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the production area.

Requirements

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems where required.
• Reliable and self-motivated approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Full driving licence is advantageous.
