Role: Key Accounts Manager
Salary: €55000 per annum
Duration: Monday to Friday
Location: Dublin

Key Accounts Manager

As the Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationship, identifying growth opportunities and delivering targets across your portfolio. You will play a key role in driving revenue while maintain excellent customer service and long-term commercial relationships.
This is a excellent role for an experienced Key Accounts Manager who enjoys building strong customer relationships, driving business growth and working with some of Irelands leading retail and food service customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key customer accounts
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability
- Deliver agreed sales targets and performance objectives
- Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews
- Negotiate commercial agreements and promotions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans
- Support new business development initiatives
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and market demands
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, or Business Development role
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Full clean driving licence
- Ability to travel as required
