Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 (DOE)

Warehouse Manager

Are you a driven team lead or supervisor looking to make the leap into warehouse management?

Well-established name in the hardware and electrical goods industry, is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join their team as a Warehouse Manager. If you have hands-on experience in goods-in/goods-out and a proven track record in supervising teams, this could be the next step in your career.

In this transitional role, you will be supporting the Operations Manager. Handling the warehouse operations, KPI management, and staff upskilling. You’ll also work closely with senior management on a tailored training and mentorship program designed to aid your progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing goods-in/goods-out operations.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager in driving efficient pick and pack processes.
• Learn and implement health & safety practices within the warehouse.
• Aid in managing KPIs and aligning warehouse activities with company goals.
• Participate in staff upskilling and onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in a team lead or supervisor role within a warehouse setting
• Must hold a valid driving license and license for counterbalance.
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Interest and commitment to personal development and progression within the company
• Educational qualifications relevant to warehouse management (Not essential)
• Experience in hardware, electrical goods, FMCG, or pharma industry is beneficial.
