Van Delivery Driver

 

Multi drop van delivery role with a pivotal player in the logistics industry positioned conveniently on the Naas Road, just a heartbeat away from the Red Cow interchange. You’ll join the company on a contract basis, with the possibility of extension or permanence depending on your performance.

 

You'll be at the forefront of operations and have the independence to manage your delivery circuit. Your role will be key to helping the company to continue their proud legacy in the fast-paced logistics market, maintaining trust between the company and customers as they grow and innovate.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of parcels to customers.
  • Representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining a rigorous schedule and route planning.
  • Verifying each delivery through POD tracking systems.
  • Upholding the safety standards of vehicles and the goods you transport.

Requirements:

 

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Proven work experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items for short distances.
