Rigid Driver

Prominent Irish food and drink company based in Cork is seeking to hire a Rigid Driver to complement their dynamic team. You should hold a Full C-Class Irish or EU driver’s license, be based in Ireland, hold an up-to-date CPC and tachograph card, and be confident driving on the left-hand side of the road.

This role requires multi-drop deliveries across Cork, Munster and other parts of Ireland. You would be punctual and have solid English communication skills. This position offers a stable place to grow within an esteemed company that is crucial in maintaining the supply of fast-moving consumer goods across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Unloading deliveries with care
• Tracking and planning records of driving routes
• Obeying all traffic laws and regulations, as well as adhering to the company’s safety policy
• Having excellent time-management and arriving on time for drops.
• Inspecting your vehicle before and after trips
• Maintaining good working relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• A valid C-class Irish or EU driver's license and a tachograph card.
• Experience driving rigid trucks or similar vehicles.
• Great punctuality and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safe driving.
• Excellent customer service skills
