Are you a Rigid driver seeking to take the next step in your career with a company which supports you both personally and professionally?

Esteemed consumer goods company is looking to hire a reliable and experienced Rigid Truck Driver to join their powerhouse team in North Dublin. This role is crucial in maintaining the supply of fast-moving consumer goods across North Dublin and Ireland to its respected clients. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safe driving are key to this role.

You are expected to be the holder of valid CPC & Tachograph cards, as well as a full, clean Irish/EU C-Class Driver’s License, with understanding of Irish roads being a benefit. This role requires you to perform multi-drop deliveries and unload the trucks at the various locations, therefore previous experience with multi-drops and a level of physical capability is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Sorting and unloading deliveries at various locations.
• Performing multi-drop deliveries.
• Adhering to all road safety laws and company policies.
• Planning routes pre-trip to guarantee punctual deliveries.
• Maintaining your vehicle by conducting safety checks daily.
• Ensuring effective communication with respect to clientele.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Irish roads.
• Starting work in the early stages of the morning.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• CPC & Tachograph cards, as well as a full EU/Irish C-Class License.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Previous experience driving Rigid Trucks or similar vehicles.
