Reach/Counterbalance Forklift Driver

 

Prominent construction materials warehouse is seeking to add a dedicated Reach/Counterbalance Driver to join the dynamic team in South Dublin. As a vital member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction industry by ensuring the efficient and professional execution of warehouse operations.

As a successful candidate you will be the holder of valid Counterbalance & Reach certificates, a strong track record of safety and efficiency, and proficiency in loading/unloading curtain side trailers, packing, picking, and other standard warehouse tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials within our warehouse.
• Accurately pick and prepare orders for efficient dispatch.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to effectively track inventory and streamline operations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain open communication with other departments for seamless collaboration.
• Accurately record and update inventory levels.

 

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, along with necessary certifications.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
• A strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
