Role: Counterbalance Operator.
Salary: €14.85 per hour.
Duration: Contract.
Location: Ballymount.
Hours: Monday to Friday.
Benefits: Paid overtime at time and a half.

Calling out an expert counterbalance operator that is looking to work in a thriving company that specialises in supplying world class brands throughout Europe.
This position requires a versatile professional adept at performing a range of warehouse operations, with a primary focus on safely and efficiently loading and unloading products using a counterbalance forklift.
Under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager, your daily responsibilities will include operating the counterbalance forklift, ensuring loads are securely handled, and consistently adhering to the company’s stringent health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload materials using the counterbalance forklift.
- Promptly report any accidents or incidents to shift management.
- Conduct order picking operations using the counterbalance forklift.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Verify that all deliveries are securely loaded before departure from the depot.
- Comply with Health and Safety policies and maintain high quality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferably 1-3 years’ experience.
- Trained and experienced Counterbalance driver with a proven clean Health & Safety Record (Required).
- Demonstrate initiative and an aptitude to learn quickly.
- Manual Handling Certificate (Required).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
- Previous experience in loading, unloading Trucks & Trailers preferred.
