Role: Supply Chain Analyst
Salary: €45,000
Location: Limerick
Benefits: 23 days of annual leave, performance-based bonus (to be determined), pension scheme, and healthcare package.
Working Hours: Hybrid; two days remote work between Tuesday and Thursday.
Systems: Proficiency in SAP required.
Supply Chain Analyst
Opportunity for sopmeone looking to play a pivotal role in optimising supply chain processes within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analysing and improving key operational metrics to drive efficiency and ensure seamless inventory and logistics management. The hybrid working model offers flexibility while maintaining a collaborative office environment.
You will leverage your expertise in SAP systems to streamline operations and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a company prioritising innovation and excellence in supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimise workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest strategies to prevent stock shortages or surpluses.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports for internal stakeholders using SAP and other tools.
- Support the implementation of supply chain strategies to achieve organisational goals.
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues promptly and effectively.
- Continuously assess and enhance existing supply chain processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP with a solid understanding of its supply chain functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics and procurement practices is advantageous.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
