Salary: €38,000 – €40,000  

Duration: Full-time, permanent role.

Location: Drogheda, Ireland.

This role involves operating a flatbed rigid truck in and around Leinster. The position requires safe and efficient driving, timely deliveries, and proficient use of a HIAB crane. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering excellent service. This is a Monday to Friday role with additional pay for Saturday on offer.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed rigid truck with a HIAB crane for loading and unloading.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to specified locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers.
• Manage documentation related to deliveries and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organised vehicle.

Requirements

• Valid Category C driving licence, tachograph card and up-to-date CPC certification.
• Experience operating a HIAB crane would be a clear advantage
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and professional conduct.
• Physical fitness for loading and unloading tasks.
