The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure the efficient running of equipment which includes monitoring machinery to ensure optimal performance and inspect products for quality while adhering to the company's stringent health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate machinery according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and output.
• Detect and resolve issues such as machine malfunctions or product defects.
• Alert maintenance teams or supervisors about significant repairs or breakdowns.
• Follow all health and safety regulations during operations.
• Use protective equipment and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment around machinery.

Requirements:

• Manual Handling Certificate Essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Production Environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Plan and prioritise workloads.
