Duration: Full-time, Ongoing.

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00 – 17:30.

 

Reach Truck & Counterbalance Operator

 

Opportunity for a skilled Counterbalance and Reach Truck Driver to join a dynamic team in Southwest Dublin. This position offers full-time hours and an excellent pay rate. The role is ideal for an experienced driver who holds both Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licenses. Applicants must have up-to-date certifications, including Manual Handling.

 

This role requires individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Working Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 this position will involve the efficient and safe movement of stock within a warehouse environment, ensuring the correct handling and storage of goods.

 

You will be responsible for operating both Reach Truck and Counterbalance to load and unload goods, assist with the picking and packing, and follow the company’s health and safety procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Operating Counterbalance and Reach Truck Forklifts to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
  • Picking and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Using warehouse management systems (WMS) or other inventory software as required.
  • Conducting safety checks on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensuring yard and warehouse is kept to an expected standard of cleanliness.
  • Assist in general warehouse duties.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience with Counterbalance/Reach forklift operation and necessary licenses.
  • Manual handling Certificate preferred.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time-management skills.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday,
