They are currently seeking a purchasing assistant to join their team. You will have proven experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be confident working with data & figures and have excellent communication skills. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with ERP systems. You’re someone who is adaptable and eager to take on new challenges. Capable of working independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Process purchase orders accurately
  • Monitor stock and reorder as needed
  • Communicate with suppliers on pricing and delivery
  • Resolve invoice and delivery issues with accounts and warehouse teams

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience in purchasing or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Good with numbers and data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
