You will delivering automation solutions, sourcing optimisation projects and data-driven analysis. You’ll act as a primary support resource for clients and their suppliers as they implement and utilize sourcing and automation tools. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior consultants and subject matter experts, gaining hands-on experience, the end-to-end sourcing process and a wide range of direct and indirect sourcing categories.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and resolve queries from customers and suppliers related to performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, proactively understanding and addressing their needs.
- Develop innovative, technology-driven solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve internal processes and workflows.
- Coordinate and deliver customer training and coaching sessions to enhance product adoption and utilisation.
- Create engaging learning materials and documentation to expand the internal and external knowledge base.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with support, customer success, product and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing or management consulting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong foundation in data analysis and sourcing principles.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, proactive approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for tackling challenges.
- Team-oriented and customer-focused, with a drive to build relationships and deliver exceptional results.
