VNA Operative

Reputable FMCG logistics company in Rathcoole is seeking a proactive, hands‑on VNA Operative who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and being part of a team that genuinely works together. If you like working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems on the move and building new skills along the way, you’ll fit right in.

You will be right at the centre of warehouse activity; keeping stock moving, supporting smooth deliveries, handling goods with care and ensuring everything from incoming shipments to outbound orders is processed accurately and safely. A valid VNA licence is essential, as regular forklift operation is a key part of the job. Your attention to detail and steady approach will help keep the entire operation running efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the VNA confidently and safely as part of daily warehouse operations
  • Pick and pack orders for outbound shipping
  • Unload incoming trucks and trailers efficiently, ensuring all goods are handled safely
  • Verify manifests, delivery notes and incoming stock with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Move, organise and store products throughout the warehouse to maintain a smoother workflow.
  • Ensure all stock is managed, handled and stored to the correct standards
  • Carry out general warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy and in line with health and safety requirements
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and the operations team to keep everything running seamlessly

Requirements

  • Valid VNA licence.
  • Experience working in an FMCG environment
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Strong attention to detail for checking manifests and stock.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented approach.
  • Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
