Supply Chain Manager

You’ll be stepping into a role to drive process and your team to deliver a seamless supply chain operation. You’ll be central to the company’s success, the ongoing development of the planning function and you’ll consistently strive to meet and exceed industry best‑practice standards.
You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain while leading a team of demand planners to elevate inventory planning performance and consistently drive achievement of key KPI targets. In addition, you will support the procurement team to develop and strengthen supplier relationships.
You will work from the North Dublin office on a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working remotely. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit manufacturers throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of supply chain strategies, ensuring they are effectively developed and embedded across the organisation.
- Lead, mentor and grow the end‑to‑end planning team, fostering strong capability and high performance.
- Manage the scheduling of finished‑goods production at the supply base, matching factory capacity with forecasted demand to secure consistent availability in global distribution centres
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen and advance the integrated business planning process throughout the business.
- Take ownership of enhancing inventory planning across all markets, channels, categories and business streams to deliver consistently optimised outcomes.
- Implement industry‑standard best practices through hands‑on leadership, reducing reliance on manual processes while elevating the effectiveness of the planning function.
- Support procurement by contributing to the development and oversight of robust supplier management protocols and control frameworks.
- Define KPIs and performance targets for supply chain planning and champion continuous improvement in these areas.
Requirements
- Experience in both Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
- Hands‑on experience in managing and developing teams.
- Working knowledge of Integrated Business Planning.
- Strong understanding of supply and demand planning best practices, ideally within a textile‑related environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with senior management.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
