Salary: €32,000 per year

Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Operator

Experienced Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Operator required for busy and modern distribution centre based in Dublin. This role is set within a large-scale warehouse operation, supporting the storage and movement of technical products and materials.

The business is a well-established and highly regarded supplier within its sector, operating a modern, state-of-the-art distribution facility. It manages a diverse range of products and provides efficient supply solutions to customers across industrial, commercial and residential markets.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where no two days are the same, playing a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The position involves taking ownership of core responsibilities across goods handling and stock movement, ensuring all products are handled safely, accurately and efficiently.

You will be a key member of a collaborative team, contributing to the upkeep of a well-organised and high-performing warehouse while helping to achieve daily targets and overall operational goals. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate counterbalance and/or reach forklifts in line with site procedures
• Load, unload and transport stock efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Accurately pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
• Assist with inbound and outbound goods handling processes
• Ensure all stock is stored correctly and in designated locations
• Support general warehouse operations as required
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work environment
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance License
• Valid Reach Truck forklift licence
• Strong understanding of safe lifting, handling and warehouse procedures
• Experience with order picking, packing and stock movement
• Good awareness of health and safety practices in a warehouse setting
• Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and committed with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good level of spoken and written English
