Reach Forklift Operator

Experienced Reach Forklift Operator is required for a busy, modern distribution centre based in Dublin. This role operates within a large-scale warehouse environment, supporting the storage, handling and movement of technical products and materials.

The company is a well-established and respected supplier within its sector, operating a state-of-the-art distribution facility. It manages a broad range of products and delivers efficient supply solutions to customers across industrial, commercial and residential markets.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting where each day brings new challenges, playing an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations. The position involves taking responsibility for key tasks related to goods handling and stock movement, ensuring all products are managed safely, accurately and efficiently.

You will contribute to maintaining a well-organised, high-performing warehouse while supporting the achievement of daily targets and overall operational objectives. Responsibilities:

• Operate reach truck safely and efficiently
• Put away and retrieve stock at height
• Accurately pick and replenish stock
• Ensure correct stock placement and location control
• Carry out daily equipment checks
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
• Follow all health & safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Work to daily targets in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Truck licence (in-date)
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate
• Experience operating reach truck in a high-volume warehouse
• Strong understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
