Salary: €17.00 per hour

Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Dublin 3

 

Bendi Forklift Driver (Freezer Environment)

Opportunity for an experienced and certified Bendi Forklift Driver to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation based in Dublin 3. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and has previous experience operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are stored, picked and moved accurately while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

This position is based within a freezer warehouse, so previous experience working in cold storage or temperature-controlled environments would be highly advantageous. Suitable PPE will be provided, and the successful candidate must be comfortable working in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods. Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Bendi forklift safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
  • Load, unload, move and store stock within the freezer facility.
  • Complete put-away and replenishment tasks accurately.
  • Pick and prepare customer orders to a high standard.
  • Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults.
  • Maintain accurate stock locations and inventory integrity.
  • Follow all warehouse procedures and health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with warehouse colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Valid Bendi/Flexi Forklift Certificate is essential.
  • Previous experience operating a Bendi forklift in a warehouse environment.
  • Comfortable working in a freezer/cold storage environment.
  • Strong awareness of warehouse health and safety procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Good level of spoken and written English.
  • Manual handling certifictae
