- Meal Allowance of €18.00 per day worked.
- After 10 drops: €7.62 per drop gross.

- Saturday additional €120 gross, after 6 drops additional on a Saturday €10.16 per drop gross.
ADR Driver (Full C Licence)
Opportunity has arisen for an experienced ADR Driver to join a fast passed fuel distribution business based in North Dublin. This role offers varied and rewarding workday, delivering heating oil and fuel to both residential and commercial customers across Leinster.
From refuelling home heating oil tanks to servicing generators, plants machinery, excavators and site equipment, successful candidates will play a pivotal role in keeping homes warm and businesses operating efficiently. This position is best suited for a self-motivated individual with exceptional customer service.
The role involves early start, typically between 5am – 6am, with finish varying depending on the days delivering scheduled. Drivers are trusted to manage their routes effectively while maintaining the highest standard of compliance and customer care.
The weekly salary covers the first 10 deliveries completed per day with additional earning potential available beyond this.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate an oil tanker to deliver heating oil and fuel to residential and commercial customers throughout Leinster.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and ensure full compliance with road transport, AD, and company regulations.
- Fill domestic home heating oil tanks accurately and safely while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Deliver fuel to commercial sites, including the refuelling of generators, plant machinery, excavators, and other site equipment.
- Plan and manage daily delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely completion of scheduled deliveries.
- Complete all delivery documentation, fuel records, and necessary compliance paperwork accurately.
- Monitor fuel quantities and ensure correct product delivery to customer locations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, environmental and hazardous goods handling procedures.
- Provide professional and courteous service, acting as a key point of contact for customers on delivery routes.
- Work independently and use effective time management skills to meet daily delivery targets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and delivery-related issues.
- Ensure safe loading, transportation, and unloading of fuel products to prevent contamination or spillages.
- Report vehicle defects, incidents, near misses or delivery discrepancies in line with company procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
- Adapt to varying daily workloads and delivery schedules, including early start times and variable finish times.
Requirements
- Full EU Category C driving licence
- Valid CPC qualification and digital tachograph card
- ADR Certificate would be a clear advantage
- Experience driving a right-hand steer vehicle on the left-hand side of the road
- Have a strong geographical knowledge of Leinster & Dublin.
- Comprehensive local area knowledge is essential, as drivers regularly deliver to new housing developments and construction sites where postcodes and GPS location data may not yet be accurate or fully established.
