Role: Key Accounts Manager

Salary: €55000 per annum

Duration: Monday to Friday

Location:  Dublin

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key customer accounts
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability
  • Deliver agreed sales targets and performance objectives
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and promotions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans
  • Support new business development initiatives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and market demands

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, or Business Development role
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Ability to travel as required
