Counterbalance Operator

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. You will be responsible for safely operating the counterbalance and assisting in various warehouse functions. This role will require you to have Counterbalance experience along with an important level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate counterbalance to move materials and products within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Organise and maintain the stores area to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Pick and pack orders as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Valid Manual Handling Certificate.
• RF scanning (highly regarded).
• Proven reliability.
• Experience driving counterbalance forklift (Reach Truck advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and well under pressure.
• Valid Counterbalance Licence (Required).
