Hours: Monday-Friday 

 

Warehouse Operative

Industry leader in Dublin 24 is seeking a skilled Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Operator with valid licence’s and in date Manual Handling certification. This temp-to-perm role offers full-time working hours, weekly pay and the chance to join a supportive, close-knit team that offers an immediate start for the right person!

As a Counterbalance and Reach Truck Operator, you will be essential to maintaining the smooth flow of operations, from loading goods and arranging stock. You will also be expected to assist in with daily warehouse activities such as picking, packing, stock control and any other general warehouse duties when required. You will also be expected to adhere to all safety regulations and operate equipment efficiently to help meet your daily targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate both Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders for efficient dispatch.
  • Prioritise safety by adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to effectively track inventory.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain open communication with other departments for seamless collaboration.
  • Accurately record and update inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, along with necessary certifications.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
