Salary: €15.50 per hour
Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Citywest, Dublin
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Voice Picker

Leading warehouse and distribution operation based in Citywest is currently seeking an experienced Voice Picker to join a fast-paced logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional who takes pride in accuracy, productivity and customer service.

You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently using voice-picking technology. Experience operating a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) is essential for this role, while previous voice-picking experience would be a distinct advantage. The position offers consistent daytime hours from Monday to Friday, making it an attractive opportunity for candidates seeking a strong work-life balance alongside long-term career prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick customer orders using a voice-picking system
  • Operate a PPT safely and efficiently throughout daily duties
  • Prepare orders for dispatch within agreed timelines
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and report any faults
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Assist with stock movement and warehouse organisation
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve operational targets
  • Support other warehouse activities as required

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Essential experience operating a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
  • Voice-picking experience is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently to productivity targets
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
  • Understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
