Role: Forklift Driver.

Salary: €30,000 - €32,000.

Duration: Contract with a view to permanency.

Location: Parkwest.

Hours: Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will operate the forklift daily, efficiently, and safely transferring goods throughout the warehouse. Additionally, you will assist in additional operational tasks such as picking and packing. Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all goods are loaded or unloaded matching the relevant paperwork.
  • Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures.
  • Securely stack, organise, and retrieve products in the warehouse as per operational requirements.
  • Perform daily pre-operation checks on forklift and assist with order picking and packing when required.
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimise warehouse efficiency.
  • Perform General Warehouse Duties as and when required.

 

Requirements:

  • Counterbalance License (Required)
  • Manual Handling Certificate. (Required)
  • Sound understanding of workplace safety and manual handling requirements.
  • Prior experience as a Forklift Driver working in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Be physically fit and capable of lifting (under 25kgs).
  • Punctuality and Trustworthiness
  • Ownership and responsibility characteristics are essential.
